ADMINISTRATIVE ASSISTANT

MAIN RESPONSABILITIES:

  • Welcome the visitors presenting themselves to the reception desk and other facilities, refer them to the appropriate person or service, provide them with general information by phone or in person, and perform other office work as needed.
  • Carry out, if required, safety checks at reception desk and maintain the access control lists

ESTIMATOR – PROJECT MANAGER

Estampro is recruiting an Estimator / Project Manager motivated and prepared to take on new challenges within a dynamic team. As part of their duties, the Estimator / Project Manager is responsible for estimating our customers’ potential projects. They also ensure follow up on assigned projects, from approval of orders to delivery of finished products.

MAIN RESPONSABILITIES:

  • Review assigned projects (designs, technical specs, etc.), and gather all relevant and specific information necessary for estimating.
  • Validate designs in collaboration with Designers and/or the Sales Manager and/or Customers, as needed.
  • Make technical recommendations in collaboration with the Sales Manager and/or Customers, with a view to optimizing products to be designed as well as the overall operations of the Company.
  • Evaluate cost prices associated with the material, production time, subcontracting when necessary, and others.
  • Search for components either in collaboration with the Purchaser or in catalogues, on the Internet, on the phone, or with suppliers, and ensure obtaining prices for quoting purposes.
  • Send quotes to customers and make follow-ups by phone.
  • Once projects have been accepted, prepare and diffuse information to key stakeholders (Purchaser, Production Manager, etc.), and complete projects in such a way as to maintain a high level of efficiency.
  • Bring technical support to production for the ongoing projects which had been quoted and approved. 
  • Ensure that products made and services rendered perfectly comply with the customers’ requests and the company’s quality standards.

CUSTOMER SERVICE REPRESENTATIVE

Estampro is recruiting a Customer Service Representative motivated and prepared to take on new challenges within a dynamic team. As part of their duties, the CSR is responsible for responding to customers’ requests, providing information about the estimated time of delivery of orders, and proceeding with order openings. In addition, they will perform various administrative tasks and they will support the sales team.

MAIN RESPONSABILITIES:

  • Receive and process orders coming from customers and the sales team
  • Validate the information contained in orders (price, quantity, delivery date, etc.), make corrections when needed, and submit orders to Estimators for approval.
  • Enter customers’ orders received by email into the computer system.
  • Make list of daily shipments (shipping slips) in accordance with priorities and delivery dates so that orders can be sent to production accordingly.
  • Inform the Production Manager about any changes made to the production schedule or any orders with advanced dates. 
  • Carry out the closing of completed production orders, and classify them.
  • Complete all documents relevant to shipping and carriers, and follow up with the Accounts Receivable Clerk for invoicing.
  • Respond to customers’ questions about current orders.

  • Open and process the customer accounts in accordance with the Company’s internal procedures
  • Prepare and issue all invoices under the terms of the contracts
