GOLD certification for Estampro!
The company sets itself apart by earning the VAP program's GOLD certification.

After months of hard work, the company was presented with the program's highest rating – GOLD certification!
This exciting challenge—in which the company spent over 10 months implementing best business practices—proved a success in December 2006 when the company received GOLD certification. It should be noted that the company earned the program's highest ranking on its first try, which is a remarkable feat.
According to production director Sébastien Fortin, "this certification has brought considerable changes, such as an increase in the plant's capacity and a reduction in delivery lead times and order processing times. The company is very proud of its accomplishment!"
Promaintech Novaxa, which backs the SVTEA Lean Certification program, helped the company through the process.
Gold certification confirms that the company is driven by a philosophy of continuous improvement that is comparable to that of world-class companies. The company has achieved a high level of implementation of the best business practices evaluated by the program.
The VAP certification program is an overall evaluation of the degree to which a company implements and carries out lean manufacturing processes.
What is VAP certification?
SVTEA's VAP certification, which is now officially recognized by all prime manufacturers, has become a top criterion when awarding contracts.
SVTEA's VAP certification program is designed to:
- Evaluate and rank Quebec manufacturing companies based on their performance with regard to lean manufacturing principles (VAP)
- Measure the performance of the entire supply chain
- Support suppliers in their efforts to make continuous improvements and integrate VAP concepts
- stablish a supplier performance database and track supplier progress over time
