Estampro is looking for a Factory Foreman
Role :
- Supervise and plan the tasks of personnel responsible for preparing and painting metal parts.
- Determine effective work methods to meet deadlines and coordinate activities with other departments.
- Resolve issues related to the painting process and implement solutions to improve quality and productivity.
- Manage orders for paint and supplies.
- Train employees on techniques, procedures, and safety standards.
- Prepare production reports and monitor operations.
- Adjust paint and preparation equipment, as needed.
- Ensure the cleanliness of the delivered product, equipment, and work environment.
Requirements :
- Education: High school diploma or equivalent vocational training diploma (DEP) or relevant experience.
- At least 12 months of experience in a paint factory.
- Spoken and written proficiency in French.
